Kokopelli, the symbol of fertility and birth for Native Americans, is trying to investigate such architectural subjects as ornamentation and grammar within the poststructural linguistic framework of Jacques Lacan and Roland Barthes. Furthermore, it is a publicly-funded startup accelerator in Austin which seeks to illustrate a more democratic social spectrum by providing equality of opportunity for students, college graduates, and entrepreneurs to actualize their business ideas regardless of the interminable and unequal competition in the market.
